COVID 19 UPDATE
To our valued customers and wider community,
After the announcement for Auckland moving into alert level 3 as of midday 12th August, we have reintroduced our Covid-19 level 3 operating systems.
We would like to reassure our customers that we are doing all we can to play our role in preventing the spread of Covid-19 and keeping our customers and staff safe.
With this in mind, we will remain open under alert level 3 and will reintroduce the following precautions along with other behind the scenes measures;
- We ask you to phone ahead for pricing and bookings eliminating any face to face discussion.
- For every booking send only one person per vehicle.
- Please remain in your vehicle until staff are ready to perform work on it.
- We will be asking for contact details of every booking for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing only.
- You are welcome to arrange payment by internet transfer, but this must be received prior to work being performed. Alternatively, we can accept credit card over the phone.
- In addition to this, we have introduced a number of precautions behind the scenes around social distancing between staff members, sanitising and a roster system for regular cleaning of the shop.
We appreciate your support in bearing with us while we adjust to these new working constraints.
